This Privacy Policy explains how On The Edge, Inc. collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information in connection with our website hosting, email hosting, domain registration, and related services.

Summary We collect only what is needed to provide and bill for our services. We do not sell or rent personal information. Payment card details are handled entirely by Stripe and are never seen or stored by us. This website uses no advertising or tracking cookies.

1. Who we are and what this policy covers

On The Edge, Inc. ("On The Edge", "we", "us", or "our") is a Colorado corporation based in the United States, providing website hosting, email hosting, domain registration, and related professional services.

This policy applies to personal information we collect:

This policy does not apply to the websites we host on behalf of our customers. Each of those websites is controlled by its own owner, who is responsible for its privacy practices. Where we process information on a customer's behalf, we act as a service provider (processor) under that customer's instructions.

2. Information we collect

We do not collect or store full payment card numbers. We receive only confirmation of payment together with the card brand and its last four digits.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information such as government identification numbers, health information, or biometric data, and we ask that you do not send such information to us.

3. How we use information

We use personal information only for the following purposes:

We do not use personal information for advertising, and we do not send unsolicited marketing email. Service-related messages (such as invoices and outage notices) are necessary to the service and are not marketing.

4. Cookies and tracking technologies

This website uses no advertising cookies, no third-party analytics, and no tracking scripts. No cookie is set when you browse these pages.

Our customer billing system at billing.pastormills.com sets a strictly necessary session cookie so that a signed-in user remains signed in. It is not used for tracking or advertising.

Because we do not track visitors across websites, we do not respond differently to "Do Not Track" browser signals.

If we receive such a request and are legally permitted to notify you, we will.
